OBJECTIVE: Seeking after a position as a member of any EUROCONSALT Co. in
SUMMARY: 35 years - research and teaching work in the Odessa national maritime academy (ONMA)
in the field of reliability and quality of marine engineering. Last 25 years - research of
activity of classification societies (bodies on certification, consulting firms),
creation of the Ukrainian register of shipping, and also rendering of consulting services
to the Ukrainian enterprises for management of safety and quality.
Publications – more then 250 items.
EXPERIENCE:
1986-2017 Odessa national maritime academy (ОNМА): the senior lecturer, Ph.D.,
Research team leader, the head of scientific projects on contracts with
the various enterprises, consultation and training on management of reliability,
safety and quality.
2000 - … The representative of Center of systems of quality "PRIROST" (Kiev) in
the Odessa area, and also of Ukrainian Associations for quality (UАQ) - the
organizer national Competition on model of the
European Fund of quality management (EFQM).
1995 - … Odessa Educational-research center «Reliability in the Shipping»
of Ukrainian association «Reliability»: director
1999-2000 State marine inspection on safety at sea of the Ministry of transport of Ukraine:
state inspector of a department of certification.
1997-1998 Ukrainian register of shipping: the adviser.
1981-1983 ОNМА: the scientific employee, the trainee - teacher.
EDUCATION:
1983-1986 ОNМА: postgraduate study - preparation of the dissertation.
1976-1981 ОNМА: the cadet of marine engineering faculty.
1970-1974 Kherson marine college of the Ministry of trade fleet of the USSR:
the cadet of navigation faculty.
ADDITION: the driver’s License, the user of personal computer, moderate knowledge
of English and Ukrainian.
